Survive the Holidays: Your Health Guide

The holidays are a time for indulgence and celebration, but they can also be a source of anxiety when it comes to weight gain. It’s common to feel like you’ve completely derailed your fitness goals and are doomed to gain weight over the festive season. But the truth is, a little holiday weight gain is perfectly normal and shouldn’t be cause for alarm.

In this video, we’ll discuss why it’s okay to gain a little weight during the holidays and how to navigate the season without losing your progress or your sanity. We’ll also provide some tips on how to stay mindful and active during the holidays so that you can enjoy the festivities without feeling guilty or overwhelmed.

So if you’re feeling stressed about the holiday season and worried about gaining weight, don’t despair. Just remember that it’s okay to indulge a little bit and that you can still stay on track with your health and fitness goals.
