I have lived my life wanting to contribute to something bigger than myself; find a community and a sense of belonging. My higher purpose is to help our communities -our families- feel healthier and live a better life. A life with less pain. Less medication. Give people freedom, and empower them, to live a life they truly enjoy.

Growing up, I was teased about my weight. I was bullied and beaten. In my teen years, I learned that no one –NO ONE– should ever have to feel so awful, shameful about themselves. Now, I’m on a mission to inspire people to help EACH OTHER get healthier. Because it’s truly life-changing.

I am the founder of Health Evolved and Co-Founder of Apothecare Pharmacy based in Calgary, AB. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy. I have also obtained designations as a Certified Bariatric Educator (CBE), a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 and 2 Coach.
