2025 Weight-Loss Revolution: Game-Changing Medications

Hi everyone and happy new year!

This week, I’m sharing some exciting advancements in weight-loss medications. We’ll cover everything from cutting-edge drugs like Zepbound to new oral options and even some mind-blowing triple-action medications. You’ll learn why we need new medications, how your body regulates appetite, and what’s currently available.

Then, we’ll get into the exciting stuff – the new medications being approved right now and promising agents in development, including dual agonists, GLP-1 and Glucagon co-agonists, Triple G agonists (that’s GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon!), Amylin co-agonists, cannabinoid receptor agonists, and even some agents that might actually help you build muscle while you lose fat!

Finally, we’ll explore the potential of these advanced medications to treat a wide range of conditions beyond just weight loss.

I think you’ll find this information really interesting, and hopefully, it will give you some hope for the future of weight management.

Thanks for watching and always remember: small tweaks lead to massive peaks!

Ozempic is NOT a Weight Loss Drug

Ozempic and similar medications aren’t weight loss drugs—they’re appetite regulators, and misunderstanding that difference explains why weight often comes back. My breakdown explores the biology behind appetite, food noise, and what long-term success actually requires in today’s food environment.

Your Holiday Weight Gain Isn’t Real

If the scale jumped after the holidays, it doesn’t mean you failed. I’m breaking down—using simple math—why post-holiday weight gain is mostly water, fuel, and timing, not fat, and how to move forward without panic or restriction.
