How to Inject Ozempic

Many of the new Obesity and Diabetes medications coming to market are in the form of an injection. This is because these drugs are involving large molecules that are mimicking our bodies naturally produced hormones.

When we take a tablet orally, that tablet and drug has to survive a pretty harsh environment until it gets to the small intestine where it can be absorbed; for a large molecule, that is a problem.

So, with injections, are some sites better than others? Do we have to use the same injection site all the time? Is there a right way and a wrong way to take these medications?

Let’s go through the options that may be available to you!

Let’s get into it.
