GLP-1 Fasting: What Works, What Doesn’t

This week, I explain why fasting on GLP-1s can feel helpful but sometimes backfires. Because these medications slow digestion and reduce appetite, long fasting windows often make it harder to meet protein needs and may trigger nausea, cravings, or low energy.

For midlife women especially, the risk of muscle loss increases when fasting isn’t paired with enough resistance training and protein. The video outlines simple fixes—like earlier eating windows and balanced morning meals—to support metabolism and muscle.

Instead of treating fasting as “good” or “bad,” the video shows how to use it wisely. With the right structure, it can fit into a GLP-1 plan without slowing results or creating unnecessary restriction.

Thanks for watching and always remember: small tweaks lead to massive peaks!

Ozempic is NOT a Weight Loss Drug

Ozempic and similar medications aren’t weight loss drugs—they’re appetite regulators, and misunderstanding that difference explains why weight often comes back. My breakdown explores the biology behind appetite, food noise, and what long-term success actually requires in today’s food environment.
